Orders & Returns
Orders / Backorders:
An order from the customer is not deemed accepted until product is shipped by D.I.T. Inc. or placed on backorder by D.I.T. Inc. Items on backorder will appear in the backorder column on the front of the invoice. Every effort will be made to notify the customer of a backorder or delay in shipment.
.Please note that all orders placed prior to 3:00 PM MST (AZ) will be processed the same day
.Any orders placed after this cutoff will not be filled until the next business day
An RMA number is required PRIOR to returning product. Email:email@example.com Call:800-452-0582for your Return Authorization Number (RMA).
All products must be returned within 30 days.
All returns subject to inspection prior to acceptance.
All returns will be credited to customer’s open account if qualifications are met.
Items missing from package, or damaged due to improper packaging will not be given credit.
All returns 31 days and over from invoice date will have a 15% restocking fee applied, no exceptions.
A copy of the corresponding invoice must be enclosed with the shipment.
Zest products cannot be returned after 30 days.
Returns that are accpted at DIT's option that extend beyond 6 months are subject to a 50% restocking fee and a credit will be applied to the account only. Credits on account expire after 1 year from credit memo date.
Customers may return D.I.T. Inc. products within 30 days from the invoice date with no fee under the following conditions:
a. A copy of the original invoice is included.
b. All opened packages received within 30 days of invoice date will be subjected to inspection and a 15%-20% restocking fee. All products must be in resalable condition.
NOTE: Original freight cost is non-refundable. Return freight cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns will not be accepted if any of the following apply:
a. If freight is charged to D.I.T. Inc.’s account with FedEx, UPS (or any other carrier).
b. If boxes/packaging is opened, merchandise may be returned to customer, unless the product has been put into the client’s mouth or has modified in any way.
c. All opened packages received within 30 days of invoice date will be subjected to inspection and a 15%-20% restocking fee. All products must be in resalable condition.
a. Wrap package securely and send in either a box or padded envelope.
b. DO NOT SEND MERCHANDISE IN A LETTER ENVELOPE. (D.I.T. Inc. will not be held responsible for its contents).
c. Write your RMA number clearly on outside of package to expedite return.
d. Insure your return merchandise accordingly.
e. D.I.T. Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged products returned to us.

Returns 0 to 30 days from invoice date will be charged no restocking fee only if package hasn’t been opened or adulturated.
Returns 31 days and over from invoice date will have a 15%-20% restocking fee applied, no exceptions.
Returns that are accepted at DIT's option, that extend past 6 months from purchase date are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Credits posted to accounts are valid for 1 year from date of credit, if unused the credit will expire.
Zest Products cannot be returned after 20 days.
COD packages refused by customer will be charged Shippers Return Fee.
Special order items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged. There will be an additional shipment charge for the order as well.
Payment is due in full up front, COD, or upon receipt. Other accommodations can be set but must be paid in full for net 15 days or net 30.
Service charges/Finance charges of 11/2% per month, 18% per annum, will be implemented on balances carried over 30 days from invoice date.
Customer is limited to replacement of product if there is any defect in the product D.I.T. Inc. makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, concerning the product. Customer waives the right to any consequential or incidental damages of any nature. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold D.I.T. Inc., and it’s offices, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from any claim of customer’s end user for any alleged defect in the product.
Dental Implant Technologies is not responsible for any delays in shipment caused by the Courier, FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.
Be sure to check your purchase immediately upon receipt.
Any discrepancies must be reported to our office within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
Shippers Return Fee will be charged to customers account if COD packages are refused by customer.
